Neil’s Story: Neil brings more than 30 years of business development experience. He built a multi-million-dollar franchise brand from scratch and holds both a BS in Psychology and an MBA in Business Management. As a professional copywriter and marketing strategist, he’s coached and consulted with hundreds of business owners, helping them clarify their message and scale profitably.

Our Mission: Together, we’ve run thousands of marketing campaigns and managed tens of millions of dollars in ad spend since 2014 through our agency, Grow Smart Marketing—recognized on the Inc. 5000 list (#751). Now we’re channeling that experience into helping small product brands stand out with high-impact, AI-powered product videos that sell.
